“Integrated Healthcare Staffing wants to congratulate Clifton (BHT – Psych/Corrections) on being chosen as the April Employee of the Month.

Clifton has worked with IHS since 2018, both at St. Luke’s Behavioral Hospital and Arizona State Hospital. Since joining, he has clocked over 3000 hours and picked up over 354 shifts.

Since being approved to work at Arizona State Hospital, Clifton has maintained a block book of 40 hours per week. The Phoenix branch notes that Nees remains flexible and moves his days to accommodate the needs of the hospital.

He is also beyond willing to pick up extra shifts and even float his schedule to accommodate the needs of his unit. Our Phoenix branch expresses deep confidence in Clifton’s reliability, saying, “”We never have to worry about whether Clifton will work his scheduled shifts.””

For the past 12 months, he has not canceled a single shift and only canceled a total of three shifts in nearly two years of working for us.
Phoenix adds, “”We can always count on him to call us when something comes up, return our calls and emails when we need to communicate with him, and he is on top of making sure her credentials remain up to date in our system.””
