Getting Started

It’s easy! Simply contact your nearest office and one of our team members will find out what type of staffing solution fits your needs and will walk you through establishing a relationship.
No, we understand that you may not have immediate needs.  Establishing an account provides the ability to call us 24/7, 365 days a year in the event that you need us!
We understand that you want your staff working whenever possible, if this happens, simply let us know as soon as possible.  We simply request that you inform us at least 2 hours prior to the start of the shift or within the time specified in your staffing agreement.
Our team is available 24/7 every day of the year.  Unlike some staffing agencies that have an ‘on-call’ person, we have staff working around the clock in our offices ready to receive your staffing needs, confirm placements, or deal with anything that might come up.
Absolutely!  Consistency of care is important, which is why in addition to traditional Per Diem shifts, we also offer Block Booking and Contract options.

All clinicians at Integrated Healthcare are reliable, accountable W2 employees. We handle everything from their credentialing to ongoing training.  

Integrated has a full-time team dedicated to ensuring our clinicians are fully compliant and their credentials are in good standing. You can request details on licenses and certifications for specific clinicians at any time (such as during an audit).

Integrated provides per diem services, block bookings, and even local contracts. We’ll partner with you to find the right clinician for your needs—whether for one shift or a month at a time.

Online Portal

All of our clients get access to our online portal where they can add or remove shifts, confirm shifts, run reports, and more. Our system is intuitive and easy to use from any internet-enabled device. We also offer live phone-based support 24/7.

Absolutely! With our online portal, clients can manage all shifts from a convenient dashboard. Features include:

  • Adding shifts with a few clicks
  • Voiding shifts that were filled internally
  • Confirming shifts in bulk or individually
  • Requesting specific clinicians
  • Viewing clinician credentials
  • Creating clinician sign-in sheets
  • Running PBJ reports on demand

We do! It’s a complimentary service, and you can do so easily from the online portal anytime you need a PBJ report.
