May employee of the month Krishawnda brings a positive attitude to everything she does, even taking major changes in stride without causing a fuss. Currently on her third extension, even though her first offer was cancelled two weeks prior to starting. Although her second choice changed locations on her a week prior to start, she showed up with a smile and has had perfect attendance throughout. In fact, the permanent staff even gives her high praise, with her supervisor contacting us to praise her positive attitude. A true team player, Krishawnda, strives to make everyone feel included. Over the Christmas holiday, when she heard that the permanent staff was having a “secret Santa” gift exchange that excluded agency clinicians, she stepped up and organized an agency gift exchange for all the clinicians working at Kaiser. We congratulate Krishawnda on a job well done and are proud to award her the May 2019 Employee of the Month award.
