“Since CNA Crystal started working for Integrated in June of 2018, she has worked more than 140 shifts at various Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Phoenix and Tucson areas. She’s currently working in Tucson at a Veterans Home where she has been taking care of America’s heroes since December of 2019.

A dedicated caregiver, Crystal is sought after at the facilities she serves. Nurse Managers call the Phoenix Branch staffers to request her specifically, and often have to moderate disagreements between units about where she should work once she gets there. And they report that she goes above and beyond in her patient care, even stepping in to help her colleagues’ patients if they have a need.

Crystal is reliable and will pick up extra shifts and modify her schedule to fit he needs of the unit where she is assigned. “We never have to worry about whether Crystal will work her scheduled shifts,” Integrated Staffing Coordinators say. “We can always count on her to call us when something comes up, return our calls or emails when we need to communicate with her, and she is on top of keeping her credentials up to date.”
